As responsibility for a trouble ticket may change hands before its resolution, there is often a valuable need for comments to be included regarding past events.
Users can add a comment to a trouble ticket from two different locations within Webtop's Trouble Ticket work area:
· Select the Trouble Ticket ID tab, which displays the Trouble Ticket's details.
Next, click Add Comment. Type in your comment and click Save when finished.
· With a trouble ticket's Comments tab selected, which will display all previously added comments, the date they were entered and by whom, click ADD COMMENT. Enter your comment in the Tray Comments box and click Save when finished.
This text will now be shown along with any other previously added comments in the Comment tab area for this trouble ticket.
